Once you click the "Submit & Continue" button, your online application will be submitted and you will receive a confirmation email.


Graduate Admissions Application Status Page

Once you click the "Submit & Continue" button, you will automatically be forwarded to the Graduate Admission Application Status page where you can upload and enter additional information and supporting documents. 

If you have exited the online application, you can access the Graduate Admission Application Status page from www.unbc.ca/apply/graduate by clicking on "Check Your Application Status" button.

By using your User ID and PIN you can check to see what has been received and what is still outstanding.

  • If you check and an item is not showing, wait a couple of days and return to the Graduate Admission Application Status page to determine if it has been received. You may wish to contact the institution/person that is submitting the information.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You will see your User ID and PIN information the first time you enter the Graduate Admission Application Status page.  You MUST print and retain this page or write the information down as we do not email you your PIN.


A Complete Application

Applications are considered complete when all additional information and supporting documents, particular to the program you are applying to, have been uploaded/supplied according to the Graduate Admission Application Status page. Applications must be complete by the stated Application Deadline or they become late applications*.

* Note: Not all programs accept late applications.
