Space booking for faculty, staff and students

Space booking policies and guidelines

Conference and Event Services adheres to the UNBC space booking policy. Please review it carefully before booking a space.

UNBC faculty, staff, or NUGSS student-led organizations, must acknowledge the important safety information and then submit the room booking request form below.

Booking requests must be sent at least three business days prior to your first event date. A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.

Safety guidelines
  1. The UNBC Safety and Risk Management communicable disease plan lists the measures UNBC is taking to prevent the spread of all communicable diseases including, but not limited to, COVID-19, H1N1, SARS, influenza, measles and monkeypox. Please inform event attendees of any recommendations, orders, notices or guidances issued.
     
  2. Do not reconfigure, remove, or add furnishings.
     
  3. Do not exceed room capacity.
Contact information
Please note, the department, program or student-led organization named on this form is responsible for the event. This includes ensuring the space is satisfactorily setup and the attendees needs are taken care of. For example: catering, audio-visual, signage, greet guests.
Event Information
Every attempt will be made to book the preferred location. If not available, a comparable option will be booked.
(i.e. u-shape, classroom style, round tables, theatre)

Dana Hospitality is the exclusive food service provider for Catering Services at all UNBC locations in Prince George, apart from NUGSS operated spaces and UHNBC.
