Conference and Event Services adheres to the UNBC Space Booking Policy. Please review it carefully before booking a space.

NUGSS Student-led Organizations
University space will only be booked if the Northern Undergraduate Student Centre is not available or adequate. Booking requests made by UNBC students may be sent to NUGSS for review and approval prior to confirmation. Please allow time for review.

Faculty, Staff, and NUGSS Student-Led Organization Bookings
If you are UNBC faculty, staff, or are representing a NUGSS student-led organization, please review the Important Information Regarding COVID-19. Click on the acknowledgement, then complete and submit the Room Booking Request Form.
Your booking request must be sent at least three days before your event. A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide below.
