Introduction to Project Management for Creative Professionals
This course provides an overview of project management practices for creative professionals interested in developing their business skills. Students are introduced to the five fundamental phases of a project’s life cycle: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing.
The ten knowledge areas of project management will also be explored:

- Communications
- Stakeholder Management
This course is offered in partnership with OCAD University to offer a wide range of courses for enhancing your career expertise in web, design, photography, analytics, and technology.
