Guests may bring flowers for their graduates to the Annual Convocation Ceremonies occurring on May 31, 2024 at the Charles Jago Northern Sport Centre in Prince George.

The flower drop off/pick-up table will be located on the main level of the NSC by the elevators. Flowers will be held until after the ceremony, where you can then pick them up, at the same location, and present them to your graduate.

Flowers of any kind are not permitted in the gymnasium due to scent sensitivities.

Advance online orders

The Commencement Group will be providing bouquets of roses to purchase for the Annual Convocation Ceremonies on May 31st in Prince George.

Ensure the perfect bouquet is available on the day of Convocation by pre-ordering for your graduate. Online orders will be available for pick-up on May 31st at the Commencement Flowers kiosk just inside the main entrance of the Northern Sport Centre.

Purchase Roses Before/After Ceremonies

Premium rose bouquets are available for purchase on the day of Convocation at the Commencement Flowers kiosk just inside the main entrance of the Northern Sport Centre. Four colours will be available: red, white, yellow and pink.

Roses are available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you would prefer a particular colour for your graduate, please consider ordering online in advance.
