Parking - Ceremony

  • Parking at the South-Central campus is free.
  • To access main parking lot, guest and grads can follow the signs to the main parking lot. There are stairs that are used to go from the parking lot down to the building entrance.
  • There are two accessible parking stalls close to the main entrance on campus.

    When do I get an invitation for the South-Central Graduate Campus Celebration?
    An email invitation will be sent to all graduands in April.

    How do I get the Schedule of Events?
    The schedule of events is listed at the top of this page. Each graduand will receive an email with details of the South-Central Graduate Campus Celebration.

    As a guest, who do I contact to get information on the Class South-Central Graduate Campus Celebration?
    Please ask your graduand.  In accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy regulations we are not permitted to give out personal information about any students.

    What if I, as a guest, have access/mobility needs and require assistance/seating accommodations?  Who do I contact?
    Please have your graduand contact south-central@unbc.ca to discuss requested accommodations.

    When should guests arrive at the Ceremony to get a good seat?
    Guests are permitted to arrive 30 minutes prior to the Ceremony. There are no assigned seats for guests.

    Can I take photos during the Ceremony?
    There will be a designated spot, near the stage, where family and friends can take photos during the ceremony.

    How do I order regalia?
    Visit the Bookstore website to order regalia.
