Parchment Information

You need to complete the online RSVP form and pay any outstanding fees in order to be able to receive your parchment. Click here if you need instructions on how to RSVP unbc.ca/convocation/checklist

Parchment Mailing

The Office of the Registrar will be mailing out parchments at no cost to grads to the address indicated in the RSVP. Delivery is expected in June.

Note: Delivery times vary depending on mailing address.

Those who selected "Pick up" in the RSVP may have the opportunity to do so, but Pick up will be dependent on the Provincial Health guidelines at the time.

Please note we will not be able to forward parchments to any student who has outstanding fees. You are responsible to confirm that all outstanding fees are paid by contacting the Cashier’s Office at cashier@unbc.ca or 250-960-5631.


Certified Copies

UNBC issues only ONE parchment to each graduate. Upon request, the Office of the Registrar will certify a “True Copy” of a parchment for submission to an employer or a foreign government.

If you require a certified copy of your parchment, please contact the Office of the Registrar. You must fill out the Certified True Copy form and submit along with corresponding fee.
