Two in-person Convocation Ceremonies will take place on Friday, May 31, 2024 at the Charles Jago Northern Sport Centre at the Prince George Campus.

• Ceremony 1 (AM) start time: 9:30 a.m.
• Ceremony 2 (PM) start time: 2:30 p.m.

Student Schedule

Ceremony 1 (AM)

Public - Doors to Charles Jago Northern Sports Centre will open at 8:30 a.m. for guest seating (one hour prior to the event).  Guests must have received tickets from their graduand/graduate to attend the event. Tickets must be presented at the door (eticket or printed).  An overflow venue for those guests without tickets will be in the Canfor Theatre (Rm 6-213) and Lhuhuhwhezdel: The Gathering Place (Rm 5-123).

As well the Ceremony will be live-streamed on the UNBC YouTube channel.

Graduands/graduates - If there is inclement weather on the day of the Ceremonies please ensure you bring an umbrella as student registration, gowning, and procession to the NSC from campus will remain as per the below.

Prince George Campus Agora Courtyard Steps - Student Marshals will lead graduands/graduates after Ceremony (if inclement weather Class Photo will take place in the Charles J. McAffrey Hall Atrium)
