VIP Instructions
UNBC recognizes your support and contribution to this institution, and as VIPs, we invite you to share the achievements of our graduates and other distinguished special guests during the annual Convocation. VIPs will be emailed and/or mailed an invitation, to participate in the Prince George campus ceremonies [Ceremony 1 (AM) - 9:30am start, Ceremony 2 (PM) - 2:30pm start], in April.
Regional campus celebrations
The Regional campus Graduate Celebrations are organized independently, so you may be contacted by the Regional Campus Office with specific invitations to their celebrations. If you have any questions, please contact the campuses directly. Click here for information.
Note: The Convocation Office does not take RSVPs for the Regional Celebrations.
RSVP
To confirm attendance to the Prince George campus Annual Convocation Ceremonies, you must submit a completed RSVP Form by Monday, May 1st. Please note: Emailed RSVPs will NOT be accepted.
