Decorator – Assist with Ceremony setup at the NSC the day prior to Convocation Elevator/Media Attendant – greet and assist those needing to access the elevator Flower Table/Stroller Assistant – manage flower table/stroller drop offs and pickups Gowning Greeter/Assistant – greet and assist graduands with proper placement of their regalia Information Assistant – greet and assist guests with ticket issues Faculty Gowning/Marshall Assistant – greet and gown faculty for faculty procession lineup Greeter – welcome graduands and guests, providing directions as needed Mascot Assistant – being Alpha’s eyes and ears Parchment Framer – framing the parchments graduands worked so hard to obtain Parking Assistant – direct graduands and guests to correct parking lots as they enter campus Phonetics Assistant – greet and assist graduands who require their name to be spelt out phonetically on their procession card Platform Party Assistant/Host – greet, check-in, assist and line-up Platform Party prior to processing to the Ceremony Regalia Rental Assistant – greet and assist graduands picking up and dropping off regalia Registration Greeter/Assistant – greet and register graduands, before directing them to gowning Runners – move between campus/NSC and/or within those areas assisting, directing, and communicating information as needed Stage Assistant – assist with stage setup and flow of Ceremony Student Marshall Assistants – take direction from Lead Student Marshalls to arrange graduands in their processional line Ticket Scanner Assistant – greet and scan guest tickets, directing those who need assistance appropriately Timekeeper – time Ceremonies to ensure Ceremony is on time Usher – assist graduands and/or guests with wayfinding VIP Assistant/Host - greet, check-in, assist and line-up VIPs prior to processing to the Ceremony Please identify the earliest available start time that you are available for the Event Assistant shift you have chosen. * - Select -1 am2 am3 am4 am5 am6 am7 am8 am9 am10 am11 am12 pm1 pm2 pm3 pm4 pm5 pm6 pm7 pm8 pm9 pm10 pm11 pm12 pm Please identify the latest end time that you are available for the Event Assistant shift you have chosen * - Select -1 am2 am3 am4 am5 am6 am7 am8 am9 am10 am11 am12 pm1 pm2 pm3 pm4 pm5 pm6 pm7 pm8 pm9 pm10 pm11 pm12 pm Special requirements: If applicable, please provide details regarding any requirements you have that may impact your ability to perform certain tasks.
