On September 26, grab your lunch and head over to The Gathering Place to watch First Contact.

This three part documentary series produced by APTN is generating positive buzz and is sure to initiate discussion on our personal prejudices and beliefs. Narrated by George Stroumboulopoulos, each episode is approximately 45 minutes. The first episode begins at 11:00am - catch just one episode or all three!

First Contact follows six non-Aboriginal Canadians as they spend 28 days exploring our country's Indigenous experience challenging their own stereotypes along the way.

Still want to learn more?  Join us on Friday, September 28 for two other documentaries and chat with volunteers at our info table.
