Positive relational transformation is attainable when one embraces the concept that conflict does provide a host of learning opportunities: Opportunities that establish connection with others. Most importantly working together to answer, “What did we learn from this as we move forward?”
The workshop is built around the fundamental belief that conflict is not just a challenge but also very much a learning opportunity: A learning opportunity about self and others. The cornerstone is the premise that increased mastery in self-awareness is where it begins. The learners will complete and explore Alexander Hiam’s Dealing with Conflict Instrument. Through completing the assessment, they will identify their preferred conflict handling style to better understand their own conflict behavior. click here to register.
