In this session, Learners will come to understand the importance of respect and respect’s direct impact on one’s ability to be an effective communicator.

The learners will be introduced to the elements and process for clear, effective, and respectful communication. Focusing on the elements and process ensures that the message is conveyed clearly, concisely, assertively, and importantly respectfully. Doing this skillfully helps ensure that the other party is opening and willing to listen and share.  Different communication styles will also be discussed.
