The Innovate BC Ignite Program provides funding to help researchers commercialize their research and development projects sooner. The program funds 6-8 research projects each year with up to $300,000 in funding to allow researchers to expedite their Research & Development project, and take their innovations to market more quickly.

Application deadline: June 30th, 2021

Applications must be received in the Office of Research and Innovation a minumum of 5 business days in advance of submission to the funding agency. Applications must be submitted to the Office of Research and Innovation via Romeo. Please allow enough time for Chair and Dean approval.
