INWIL’s (Interior and Northern Work Integrated Learning) Employer Education Series will introduce and walk you through how to utilize key regional resources for engaging in work-integrated learning, including how to access funding supports, and guides to hiring and onboarding student talent.

This specific event will focus on the next steps after making the decision to engage or hire a student, and the onboarding process to ensuring your student hire is set up for success to meet both learning and operational goals.

The session will be run by WIL practitioners from Thompson Rivers University, the University of British Columbia Okanagan, and the University of Northern British Columbia.
