The NRES Institute in partnership with the Canadian Institute of Forestry - Cariboo Section are presenting Master's 'Night'. Three NRES graduate students will be giving brief presentations on their research projects. 

  1. Rulan Xiao - How dry is our forest?
  2. Claire Paillard -  The functional diversity of urban ground arthropods in Prince George, British Columbia.
  3. Stephanie Wilford - The recovery of indigenous food and medicine plants and their associated fungal communities after wildfire.

The Natural Resources & Environmental Studies Institute (NRESi) at UNBC hosts a weekly lecture series at the Prince George campus. Anyone from the university or wider community with interest in the topic area is welcome to attend. Presentations are also made available to remote participants through Zoom Webinar.
