Winter 2023 Session 2 Fitness Program Start

Join us for the second half of our Winter 2023 fitness schedule!

Session 2 starts March 6 and wraps up April 23. 

Registered programs are:

  • Active Aging Strength
  • Intro to Women on Weights
  • Boxer Fit
  • Fit at 50+
  • Active Aging TRX
  • Active Aging Essentails
  • Aerial Yoga
  • Weekend Warrior
  • Ball Pilates

These affordable and accessible classes can serve as an intro to a new fitness activity and with smaller numbers, offer more instructor attention.  No classes over the Easter Long Weekend. 

Members can register beginning February 21 and non-members February 28.
