Our popular Seniors Day Open House is back for 2023!

Everyone 55+ is invited to join us Sunday, October 1 for fun and free fitness activities. Current members are invited too!

The day's agenda:

10:00am - 10:30am  Enjoy an energizing treat of tea/coffee and sweet treats!  Participate in a few fun games to win stuff!

10:30am - 11:00am   Get to know your new fitness home with a facility tour.

11:00am - 12:00pm     Pickleball demonstration and play.

12:00pm - 12:30pm     Learn about membership rates, benefits and programs.

12:30pm - 1:00pm     Ten Lap Challenge
