UNBC Black Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub (BEKH) Information Session

Thursday, September 21, 2023 - 5:00pm
We are excited to host an information session focused on Supporting Black Entrepreneurship + Black Business in the Northern Region as a Black Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub (BEKH).

In recent times, there has been a growing awareness of the importance of supporting and empowering the Black community, particularly in the realm of entrepreneurship and business. The information session will serve as a platform for engaging dialogue on how we can collectively contribute to fostering a more inclusive and supportive environment for Black entrepreneurs and Black-owned businesses in the Northern region.

In this session, we will delve into the following key areas:
  • Sharing strategies and initiatives to garner community support in order to successfully complete our Qualitative and Quantitative Surveys.
  • Exploring the needs and interests of the Black business community in the Northern region.
  • Highlighting the importance of actively spotlighting Black Entrepreneurs and Business owners, shedding light on their contributions and stories.
By participating in the session, you will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, exchange valuable perspectives, and contribute to a meaningful discussion that has the potential to drive positive change.
