Catering Services includes the provision of food and/or drinks for a gathering or event. Dana Hospitality is the exclusive food service provider for Catering Services at all UNBC locations in Prince George, apart from NUGSS operated spaces and University Hospital of Northern BC.
Please note, if you require Catering Services at the WIDC or WIRL buildings, you must contact the Catering Manager to confirm availability for the provision of services. If it is not feasible for Dana Hospitality to provide Catering Services at WIDC or WIRL, then the procurement of an alternate licensed provider may be undertaken by following UNBC Purchasing Policies and Procedures.

Our coffee roaster, North Roast Coffee, is small batch, 100% organic, and from Prince George.
All Catering Services are delivered with reusable dishware and utensils. If disposable containers are required and/or requested, all of the paper products are compostable.

Dana Hospitality strives to bring culinary craftsmanship to campus by cooking from scratch with fresh local ingredients, every day. Our Catering Menu is designed to allow you to create your own buffets by choosing add-on’s. You have the power to be creative and make selections that match your preferences.

Place an Order
Order right off the Catering Menu or make a special request—we will do our best to make it happen! You can choose whether you want your order ready for pick up in the Agora Dining Hall or delivered to a space on campus.
Log-in and create an account to place an order with our ordering system CaterTrax at least four full days in advance.
Student-Led Organizations (SLO)
