You can invest in UNBC’s signature programs in the environment and natural resources, rural and remote health care, engineering and innovation, and Aboriginal priorities.
This will attract and support the best faculty and students, who share our commitment to research excellence and innovative, experiential learning.
Innovation Fund in Experiential Learning
UNBC’s small class sizes, geographic location and integration with the communities it serves provide unparalleled opportunities to link experience with education and ready students for real-life problem-solving after graduation.
The Undergraduate Experiential Service Learning (UESL) program integrates meaningful undergraduate learning and work/volunteer experiences, which contributes positively to a community’s development, fosters personal and social growth, and promotes engagement between students and community partners.
The Undergraduate Research Experience (URE) program provides opportunities for UNBC’s undergraduates to be involved in research and scholarly activities and for faculty members to mentor UNBC undergraduate students in their areas of research.
Your support will help expand the number and types of hands-on courses and research opportunities available to undergraduate students.
