This is an ongoing discussion group with faculty, staff and students. We will examine our pedagogy in light of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) Calls to Action and the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) declarations. Some topics may include what informs our practice, what needs to change, defining terminology and other questions as they arise when considering decolonization and Indigenizing pedagogy.
