ITS Information Notice: Introducing our upgraded student portal known as Ellucian Experience!

What is Ellucian Experience?

Ellucian Experience is your personalized hub for essential campus information. Experience gathers pertinent information from various sources to provide value and key information to all students at UNBC.

 Under Student Applications there are links to Moodle (our new learning management system), account summary and payment so you can easily access your financial records, papercut for easy access to print your documents, and much more. Links to UNBC's bookstore, wellness centre, academic calendar, and other resources are available under student services. In addition to the new and improved student portal, you will be able to view and access your Outlook and OneDrive all within your personalized hub.

 We also have a navigation feature so that as soon as students log on to the home page they are able to search additional cards they want to add to their dashboard by accessing ‘Discover.’ In addition to adding more cards to your dashboard, you can also arrange the cards in any order you choose. If you no longer need a certain card, you can remove a card from the home page and simply add it back at your convenience through ‘Discover.’

 Ellucian Experience provides a central location for students to obtain timely information such as class cancellations and campus announcements. Additionally, the upgraded portal performs better on mobile devices.

 When logging into the student portal, please remember to use your username as, not

 UNBC ITS is continuously adding new features to improve the functionality of the student portal; we appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition.
