The Institute consists of an Advisory Committee and an Internal Management Committee. The Advisory Committee overviews the general direction and broad objectives of the Institute with input from the local community. This committee includes:

• City of Prince George representative
• First Nations representative
• Community organizations representatives
• Institute Director
