The administrative control of the MEd (Counselling) moved to the Department of Psychology in early 2019, and the Department is in the process of moving this degree program to a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. The proposed changes will enable the MA in Counselling Psychology degree to become a better representation of the course work, practice, and intention of this degree program. It will also fill societal and student demands for a degree that explicitly addresses counselling in psychology.
