We are happy to report that the Provincial Health Officer (PHO) is permitting the return of indoor low intensity fitness classes.
All other COVID-19 health and safety protocols remain in place including the wearing of masks while in the facility to work out or participate in classes.
Our Spring low intensity group fitness and registered program schedule will run for three weeks from June 7 – 27.
Group fitness is open to members only - they can sign up beginning May 31. Registered programs are open to all.
New group fitness and registered programs include Low Intensity Fit Camp and Warrior Prep.
Pending COVID-19 orders, our summer group fitness program is scheduled to run June 28 – August 28. We will have more information on the offerings shortly.
