Do we have your photo on file?

As per your membership agreement, we must have your photo on file for a few reasons:

• Ensures no misuse of membership or sharing of FOBS
• Allows us to locate you in the facility in case of emergency

From now until May 1, have your photo taken at your leisure (when you have a good hair day!)

After May 1, a photo is required before you can access the facility.

Images are safely stored on our network and are for internal validation of your membership.
