Biography
Our lab loves insects (and other arthropods)! And we particularly love local insects, although we really aren’t picky.
Our current projects include:

- spruce tree defenses against insects
- aquatic insect biodiversity
- pollination ecology (orchids, wetlands, post-forest fire, and agroecosystems)
- agroecosystem pest and natural enemy community ecology
- urban arthropod biodiversity
- other insect and chemical ecological research
