Biography
Aman Litt is the Associate Vice President, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and commenced this role in March 2022.
Aman is a passionate champion of equity-deserving groups and creating a more inclusive educational landscape for students, staff and faculty alike and is honoured to have the opportunity to lead UNBC in equity, diversity and inclusive practices.
Aman is also currently a graduate student completing her Doctorate of Education at the University of Calgary.
She is a life-long learner and truly believes in the value of on-going education. She completed a Bachelor of Arts from Thompson Rivers University, a Bachelor of Education from the University of British Columbia, and a Master of Education from the University of Alberta.
Aman Litt started her post-secondary career at the University of Alberta in the Office of the Registrar and transitioned into various leadership roles within Residence Life and Education and Ancillary Services. From there, she moved to Northwestern Polytechnic, where she was the Dean of Students and oversaw the student life portfolio on campus.
In her time away from work, Aman loves running, yoga and spending time with her family.
