A historic weekend for UNBC Men's Soccer's Michael Henman has been rewarded at the conference and national level.

The fourth-year striker put on a show over the weekend, potting six goals in two games against his hometown team, the Victoria Vikes. Henman scored three times on Friday night, propelling the Timberwolves to a 4-1 win, and then followed it up with another hat trick performance the following evening in a 3-0 victory over the Vikes.

This was the first back-to-back hat trick performance in Canada West history, with the individual game record books dating back to 2006.

Henman managed to score the six goals on just six shots on net, and his seven goals in four games leads the conference and the country.

Additionally, he has passed Francesco Bartolillo's single-season program record of six goals. Bartolillo did it in 15 games.

For his efforts, Henman was named the Canada West Men's Soccer Player of the Week, and the U SPORTS Men's Soccer Player of the Week.
