On behalf of the Centre for Teaching, Learning and Technology we would like to invite you to join us for “Starting an Academic Life at UNBC: Faculty, Post-Doctoral Fellow and Ph.D. Orientation 2014".

At UNBC we like to do our orientation a little bit differently from what you might expect.  We have sessions that provide information to the new members of the UNBC community but as well, all of the sessions will include faculty and staff who have been at UNBC for several years. We mix the new faculty, post-doctoral fellows, and doctoral students with current faculty, doctoral students and staff because we believe that it helps you build your network and gives you a clearer sense of life at UNBC. We also engage in a variety of activities that are a little 'out of the box'.
