Body Weight Bootcamp - Mondays from 9:30 - 10:00am (including Easter Monday)

Boost your mood, energy and health with a 30 minute bodyweight bootcamp for all fitness levels! All of the exercises are done with no equipment, so they can be done from home. Bring your water bottle; running shoes and a yoga style mat are optional.
