New Student Job Board

Attention All UNBC Students!! There’s some exciting and beneficial changes being made to the online Student Job Board.  The UNBC Student Job Board is now transitioning to a new platform through Sharepoint that can be accessed through the myUNBC Student portal. You as a student, will be able to personalize your student job board by ‘filtering’ jobs specifically for your education or employment opportunities that you may be interested in.  To view the new online job board, please click on the below " Student Job Board" button.

Student Career Centre Services during COVID-19

The UNBC Student Career Centre continues to offer its services during regular business hours; service delivery will be by Email, Telephone or Video Conferencing.

In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, the Student Career Centre has made a few changes so that we can continue to provide services to our students, alumni and employers. As we adjust our service delivery methods to telephone, email and/or video conferencing, it may take us up to 3 business days to respond to your request. Thank you for your patience as we try to continue to provide support to you!

Effective March 19, 2020, UNBC students or alumni needing to access career services (including resume/cover letter review, interview preparation, job search assistance, etc.), please email Maria Trujillo ( directly with your request and include your meeting availability. Please note that all Drop-in Resume & Cover Letter Workshops and Employer Information Sessions have been cancelled for the remainder of the Winter 2020 semester. Employers are also asked to email Maria Trujillo directly as well.

The UNBC Student Career Centre is pleased to provide services for students, our alumni and employers in our community. 

Some of our services include offering workshops to assist students in preparing for employment, arranging employer recruiting and information sessions for students, participating in annual career fairs hosted on campus, posting career opportunities for Alumni, posting part-time and full-time jobs for students and organizing co-operative education work term placements. 

UNBC Alumni Services

Through the Student Career Centre, UNBC Alumni can attend career building workshops and view job postings. 

Alumni with jobs to fill can also list postings for their own companies. 

These services are offered in partnership with the UNBC Alumni Association.
