A Science Escape at UNBC runs online for 6 weeks starting in the Fall of 2021. Each evening (except for weekends) for 1-1.5 hours, UNBC graduate students and professors will share with you their knowledge through a variety of activities. You will even get to do some experiments at home!
Each Friday, along with the new 5 friends you will have met, you will get to put your new knowledge and skills to the test to solve puzzles. Can your group make it out of the escape room before time runs out?
Once the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, your group will also get to spend time on the UNBC campus to participate in even bigger experiments in our classrooms and labs.
How much does it cost?
A Science Escape at UNBC is free of charge. All materials for home experiments will be provided. Computers and Internet connections may be loaned on a as-needed basis. Travel to and from, as well as meals and accommodations in Prince George will be provided.
All you need to participate is your curiosity and enthusiasm as we explore together the fascinating things that occur every day all around us.
