National Capital Commission - Manager, Outdoor Activities - Chelsea, Quebec - Full Time - Indeterminate 

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Visitor Experience, the Manager, Outdoor Activities will lead a team and be responsible for planning and implementing orientations for recreational activities and other public participation programs that are respectful to the environment, for Gatineau Park and the Quebec Urban Lands.

BC Parks - Recreation Section Head - Regular Full Time Opportunity

The Section Head, Recreation has full responsibility for the design and development of strategies - both short and long term - to deliver BC Parks’ recreation goals in a region. The position analyzes park management plan recommendations and develops recreation objectives that can be achieved within a short and medium time frame. The position has full responsibility for determining how capital investments in recreation facilities can help BC Parks meet its strategic recreation goals, both regionally and provincially. The position seeks input from regional staff when developing both short term and long term capital investment strategies that meet BC Parks’ recreation goals. The position develops and prioritizes capital investment proposals for regional review and support, program review and support, and final executive approval.

Employment in recreation, parks and tourism is as broad and diverse as your interests and passions, and fulfills some basic human needs and desires.
