The University is committed to finding shared interests, resolving differences, and successfully negotiating collective agreements while ensuring we align with the direction set by the Public Sector Employers' Council Secretariat (PSEC)

We will continue to share, as appropriate, themes, issues and developments from the Employer's perspective, while respecting the role of the unions.

From time to time, especially during collective bargaining, the University will post official University statements and updates on labour relations with CUPE Local 3799, Local 2278, and the UNBC Faculty Association. Additional resources will also be provided regarding the provincial framework under which the University is mandated to operate within for negotiations.

Members are encouraged to visit their respective union website for further details.
