If you are a prospective student and have not yet completed an application for admission, most inquiries can be answered by reviewing the information on the admissions website. For Current Students, Faculty and Staff

The Office of Graduate Administration is now located on Student Street in Building 7. Access to in-person support can be requested at the front counter. However, please note that we are transitioning gradually to full in-person staff support on campus and we will have limited staff available in person for the first part of the semester. We strongly encourage you to email to have your question answered or to set up a time for a discussion. Additionally, please review this website for information on how to access support from other service units on campus. We do not support questions related to study permits/immigration status, registration or academic inquiries (i.e. course selection or advice on navigating your program requirements). Please note that the Office of Graduate Administration primarily supports the administration of student lifecycle related inquiries (the list is on the linked page) and you should consult the list of services to ensure you are directing your inquiry to the right place for expeditious service.

Hours of Operation

9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Wednesday. 

We are closed to in-person support on Fridays for the first part of the semester due to staffing constraints.

Closed on all statutory holidays.
