Temporary Office Location

The Office of the Registrar is moving to a temporary home for a few months so we can revamp our current space, with the ultimate goal of providing even greater student-focused services on TELUS Student Street.

Between Thursday, April 8 and Tuesday, April 13, the best way to reach us will be via email: studentinfo@unbc.ca

We look forward to opening our temporary front counter on Wednesday, April 14 at our new location: 3-1065 Charles J. McCaffray Hall

Office of the Registrar

The Registrar is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the University’s Office of the Registrar. The Registrar also acts as the Secretariat to the University’s Senate and many of the Senate Committees. The Office of the Registrar coordinates the UNBC Convocation Ceremonies, develops the course schedules, and produces many of the university’s publications including the Undergraduate and Graduate Calendars. The Office of the Registrar is also responsible for maintaining student records.
