- Activate your new UNBC Account and setup account recovery information using the email sent to your personal (non-UNBC) email address.
- Use Account Activation and Password Reset including Change Password, Forgotten Username and Forgotten Password.
- If you did not receive a new account activation email within two weeks of application submission, please contact the Office of the Registrar to verify that receipt of your admissions application. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
