Accounts for New Students

  • UNBC account and email addresses are now available upon receipt and initial processing of a student's application. Please check the email that was supplied at the time of the application for admission for further information.
  • Activate your new UNBC Account and setup account recovery information using the email sent to your personal (non-UNBC) email address.
  • Use Account Activation and Password Reset including Change Password, Forgotten Username and Forgotten Password.
  • If you did not receive a new account activation email within two weeks of application submission, please contact the Office of the Registrar to verify that receipt of your admissions application. Contact  for more information.
